Who is responsible

This site, radupuchiu.com, is run by Radu Puchiu, who is responsible for the personal data described here. For anything related to your data, write to contact@radupuchiu.com.

What I collect

Only what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, the details of your event (type, format, topic, date) and your message. The site has no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Why, and on what basis

I use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare the event. The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for keeping our correspondence, my legitimate interest in following up on it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where your data goes

The form sends your message by email to my inbox. The website and the email service are provided by Hostinger, which processes the data on my behalf. I don’t sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it

For as long as needed to reply and follow up. If no collaboration follows, I delete the correspondence within two years.

Cookies

The site may set one functional cookie, pll_language, which remembers whether you are reading in English or Romanian. No other cookies are set for visitors.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@radupuchiu.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
